On Sunday, November 15, 2015, Faith Action Network will host our annual fundraising dinner, "Together We Can!" at the beautiful Renton Pavilion Event Center. Along with our award winners, we'll be joined by special guest speaker Rev. Dr. Carey Anderson, senior minister of First AME in Seattle, who will explore how we, as people of faith, are called to address racism and violence in the wake of the Charleston tragedy. We hope YOU will also join with us and faith leaders and advocates from across the state in celebrating FAN's work toward a just, compassionate, and sustainable world.
As Faith Action Network strategizes for the start of the 2016 Washington State legislative session, we need your help to build a strong voice, fighting on behalf of the values of inclusion, compassion, and justice. We pledge to bring collective power to the issues, to educate on the roots of injustice, and to teach how to advocate for change, as together we take courageous public action and empower prophetic witness.
