- Secure and Accountable Federal Enforcement (SAFE) Act: Expand and codify model policies developed by the state Attorney General to increase immigrant protections at or near K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and publicly operated health care facilities. - Establish a State Transmission Authority to put the state in the driver’s seat on our electric grid’s future by helping build new transmission and fill key gaps. Also establishes a tribal clean energy partnership work group.
